Franck PASQUET is in charge of management and development of the Digital, Marketing and Media Practice for ARROWMAN Executive Search, with particular investment in « data » sectors and similar business lines.
Franck PASQUET also works with internet pure players, multi-channel media, data experts (performance marketing, behavioural marketing, retargeting, analytics, etc.) and for more outlying sectors which use digital innovations (cloud, crowdsourcing, open-innovation, social-crm, etc.).
Franck PASQUET’s career profile demonstrates his twofold experience. He was firstly Deputy National Secretary of a major French political party prior to establishing one of the first French web agencies specialising specifically in service marketing, and thereafter joined one of the international leaders in recruitment. As a director of this firm he developed structures dedicated to the recruitment of IT and internet profiles, as well as those specialising in the public sector, before joining ARROWMAN Executive Search in 2005, when he was made a Partner.
